When we set about the task of building the school for Haitian children in Aguacates Arriba Village, we knew that it would be an undertaking that wouldn’t simply end with the construction of four walls and a roof.  Commitments and children require nurturing.  To that end, ProJecto is proud to report that the children at Aguacates School now enjoy a snack break every afternoon thanks to your support.  For families that can barely afford one meal a day, the juice and bread that you’ve made possible is just as important as learning to read and write.
